How It Works?

Absolutely no refunds will be given. Exchanged or store credit only. All items found in sale category, accessories, handbags, swimwear, or bodysuits are non refundable. Return items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or worn) with all LIPS tags attached. Please fill out the contact form. Please include information such as name, date of purchase, invoice number, total amount of order, reason for return, and if you want credit or exchange. Items must be sent back to LIPS within 7 days of the customer having received the package. Please keep your return package tracking number to ensure we have received it. We can only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information showing delivered to our address. All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs is customer responsible. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving package. If not reported within that time frame, we can not issue credit. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so we can correct your order. Please allow 10-14 business days to process your store credit or exchange. We understand itʼs very important for our customers to get their returns or exchanges processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax fees.
